  • We offer professional residential cleaning services, including Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Recurring Home Cleaning (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), and Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning. We primarily serve larger homes in Scottsdale and the Phoenix metro area and we also offer limited commercial cleaning upon request.

  • Yes. All first-time clients begin with a Deep Clean. This allows us to bring your home to our standard and ensures consistent, high-quality results for future visits.

  • Pricing is based primarily on:

    • Square footage of the home

    • Number of bathrooms and bedrooms in regular use

    • Overall condition of the space

    • Type of service requested

    We provide clear, upfront pricing before scheduling — no surprises.

  • Yes. All of our cleaners are W-2 employees, not independent contractors. They are trained, insured, and held to clear quality and professionalism standards.

  • No. Many of our clients choose to provide access instructions and are not home during their service. We’re happy to work with whatever arrangement is most comfortable for you.

  • We use professional-grade cleaning products that are effective and safe for residential use. We also offer a non-toxic / eco-friendly cleaning option for clients who prefer it.

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Yes. A card on file is required to reserve your appointment. Cards will not be charged until after service is completed, unless a cancellation fee applies.

  • Yes. Recurring clients (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) receive preferred pricing compared to one-time services.

  • Your satisfaction matters to us. If something was missed, please let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll make it right.
